An introspective sketch painting

Made this during an art-therapy session (my friend is an art therapist and offered). I wasn't sure about art therapy before this, but wowza I got so much out of the session. It was pretty amazing. If you see me, and your curious ask about this painting;  I'd love to tell you the story.
